SHIPPING AND ORDER STATUS

All orders will be shipped from one of our 6 store locations within Hawaii.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  As soon as you place your order, you will receive by e-mail an order confirmation and an order number.  As soon as your items have shipped, you will receive another e-mail with your UPS or USPS tracking number.  Please keep in mind for orders of multiple items, they may be shipped from more than 1 location; and it is possible that you will receive more than 1 e-mail and more than 1 package.

*Hawaii Inter-Island Shipments: Even though we only list UPS 2nd Day at checkout and on the shipping chart, all UPS shipments being sent inter-island within the state of Hawaii will be sent using UPS Next Day service. The cost will remain the same - $15.00 for orders less than $100.00 and $5.00 for all orders over $100.00.

 

UPS 2nd DAY  All UPS shipments may be tracked via the UPS website at www.ups.com.  Orders should be delivered 2-3 business days after the day it is picked up from our store location. We do not ship via UPS to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

 

USPS PRIORITY AIR MAIL     USPS Priority Air Mail shipments may be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com.  Orders should be delivered 3-5 business days after the day it is picked up from our store location. USPS allows us to ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Bahamas, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO addresses.  However, there is no delivery confirmation or tracking to APO/FPO addresses.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sandal Tree has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
